These Terms govern your use of Dropcadence, a product of 0102 Labs : Music Group ("Dropcadence," "we," "us"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the service for an artist or company, you represent that you are authorized to act on its behalf.
Dropcadence generates personalized release rollout plans, including calendars, content angles, captions, and marketing suggestions. The plans are informational recommendations. We do not guarantee any streams, followers, revenue, playlist placement, or other outcome.
You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and the activity under your account. Keep your login secure and tell us of any unauthorized use.
You keep all ownership of the music, lyrics, and materials you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and analyze Your Content solely to provide and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights to submit Your Content and that it does not infringe others' rights.
The service, the engine, and its underlying technology are owned by us and our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the plans we generate for you to promote your own releases. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the service.
Your use of platforms such as Spotify, TikTok, Instagram, and others is governed by their terms. You are responsible for following them. Dropcadence does not sell streams, bots, or paid playlist placement, and nothing in a plan should be used to violate a platform's rules.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by uploading unlawful or infringing material, attempting to disrupt or probe the service, or using it to generate deceptive or manipulative activity on any platform.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that plans will produce any particular result or that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dropcadence and 0102 Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of Your Content or your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
